Our Story

At Loren James Dance Company, our journey is one of passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Founded in 2016 by Loren James, our studio was born out of a vision to provide aspiring dancers in Wales with opportunities to shine on a national and international stage.

Having lived and trained in London for over a decade, Loren returned home to Wales with a mission - to invest in local dancers and provide them with the platform to compete and develop at a National level, without the need to sacrifice the comforts of home.

Loren's own competitive career saw remarkable successes, including being a British and United Kingdom Latin Finalist at Youth, Amateur, and Professional levels. Retiring from competitive dancing, Loren had the honor of working with BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing and touring with Brendon Cole for his UK and Ireland Tour.

Today, Loren passes on her knowledge and experience to her students, guiding them to achieve some of the highest accolades in the Country, Europe, and The World.
